In our company, we receive the tuber from our own crops and from the crops of allied peasant producers; then, we proceed to carry out a series of delicate processes such as selection, disinfection, 4-day drying, cleaning, and brushing. Finally, it is wrapped in paper and stored in a box for export, achieving an ideal product for our customers.
